Eric Nehrlich is an executive coach who helps rising tech leaders have more impact by challenging the mindsets and habits that are holding them back. Before becoming a coach, Eric spent ten years as an engineer and product manager across several startups before joining Google, eventually leading business strategy and operations for the Google Search Ads team for six years as Chief of Staff. His book, You Have A Choice: Beyond Hard Work to Meaningful Impact, shares the principles and mindsets that have helped him and his clients with a wider audience.

Eric is incredibly approachable, intelligent, creative, and supportive. He meets you right where you are, and somehow distills hundreds of research papers and methods into 2-3 practical tactics and suggestions to help with whatever hurdle you're facing. Most meaningful to me: I felt he was advocating for us - truly rooting for each of us to make a change in our lives. It can be scary to experiment, to try things that run counter to our habits and beliefs. But I could almost see a twinkle in his eyes when he observed even a small shift in our thinking - every action matters, change takes time, and it's 100% worth it! THANK YOU Eric for making an impact on my mindset that IS changing my life. Impossible to quantify or to thank you enough!
