The Behavioral Architecture course has been an engaging experience, opening up new ways of thinking about goal achievement. Built on the premise of habits (The Habit Factor), this dives into the other variables, or rings, that drive our behavior, habits and results. This model uses simple, digestible directives on how to hold ourselves and others accountable. I highly suggest opening your mind up to this SCIENCE backed way of looking at goal setting and achieving.

I highly recommend Behavior Architecture because it’s helped me steer toward a meaningful direction despite the chaos life throws at me. It provides real direction and focus—and I learned it through practice and experience over 8 days! This has been so helpful because it’s simple. No jargon. The P.A.R.R. method is powerful because it mirrors the scientific method. Most of the time, we find ourselves living in “tenant mode.” This course reminds me to step outside that mode and architect. I already feel more confident in controlling my narrative, managing my emotions, and—most importantly—following through on my commitments. It has drastically improved my productivity and provided a robust framework I can apply to any goal, personal or professional.
