Morgan is a HIGHLY experienced venture capitalist who created great recorded content that is straightforward and easy to follow. the live classes dealt with the intricacies and complexities of dealing with various issues around equity and term sheets, not trivial or straightforwardly easy, but gets easier as you acquire more and more experience, which Morgan has in abundance. he conveyed the materials clearly and intelligently, something as I teacher myself, I greatly appreciated. if you want to learn about venture capital investing, whether you're an entrepreneur trying to better understand fundraising mechanics, or a VC in training or one who just wants to get better, this is a GREAT course for you!
