Teresa Escrig will transform the way you lead and decide with AI

I help leaders strengthen judgment, coherence, and decision-making in the age of AI.

I hold a PhD in Artificial Intelligence and bring 30+ years across academia, startups, and global corporations, including Responsible AI leadership at Microsoft.

I’ve seen a consistent pattern: the biggest risks in AI are not technical. They arise in how people interpret, delegate, and decide under pressure. AI doesn’t fix those patterns—it amplifies them.

My work focuses on the human layer of AI governance. I teach leaders how to use AI without losing clarity, authority, or direction, so they can make better decisions when it matters most.

Alumni reviews

The benefits of this course were at different levels. It is a course designed to help using AI as a tool for reflection on leadership modes. The discussions and lab series as well as reflection guides helped in discovering details of my own approach to leadership and reflecting on how to expand on it. Application of AI, although defined in the leadership use case, created a new awareness and approach for me in using AI. It helped me move from being a sceptic to using AI with clarity on its abilities and most importantly its limitations. Teresa Escrig is an expert in the discipline and an excellent teacher.

I found the course to have a innovative method towards self-improvement, something which I have yet to master but it appears promising. This course is rich in its concepts in a way that is quite interesting and which can be used in practical daily life

The course has a unique angle which isn’t discussed much and I understand people fear to explore. But with gentle nudges I understand after the course you could slowly make your way into it

This unique course helped me think about AI beyond what's going on in the current moment -- going back to its origins before the current LLM boom and looking toward the future how we can build better businesses (and lives!) with the help of AI.
