Excellent, well structured and clear course on using inherent AI tools to help streamline processed and get Admins out of task mode and into strategy and effectiveness mode.

Valuable information and a very knowledgeable trainer. Course was very fast paced. Although it was advertised as a hands-on course it was too fast too paced to follow along on your own computer without missing portions of the next example. Very thankful for the session recording so I can go back and review and try examples on my own.

This is a great introductory course. I did not get that much from it personally, as I am already pretty familiar with CoPilot and ChatGPT and already know how to use it in the ways described, but if you're brand new to incorporating CoPilot, this is a great introduction!
