A lot of material was covered during the time allotted. I thought the major concepts were well-explained and the materials supported the lecture.

Taylor was extremely organized and made efficient use of time while covering a complex topic. He comes prepared with a wealth of tools and templates that allow one to continue learning and practicing independently after the course.

Excellent course to get all the basics covered to build a CAP table! Course material and contents are succinct. Above all, Taylor did a great job explaining every single step of creating a CAP table! I will highly recommend this course to the founders.

I think the course material is on point and well suited for founders looking to fundraise. I would have appreciated more if the course was divided into two sessions due to the extensive material that had to be covered quite quickly. I would have also liked to see some practical exercises being done in breakouts by the students to apply the learned material and make it stick quicker or more interactive learning techniques during the live session, like applying the learnings on our own cap table.
The format of the workshop is more of a lecture and I feel it emphasized on the student to go back to the recordings and doing a self-study to comprehend the material better, which frankly can be done without the need to attend the live lecture and in fact there is plenty of material online that would be a substitute to paying for this course.
The format I would recommend is to pack it with practical exercises and more live interactions, make the session slides simpler without so much text as they should not be intended to be read by the students during the session and instead offer these text-heavy slides as a post-workshop material for students to go back to.
