Learn directly from Shiftbalance

A very useful, hands-on course on applying AI in HR. I particularly appreciated testing various AI tools, the discussions and sharing of experiences, and the live exercises.

The course was an eye-opener for me It helped me see different ways in which we can augment HR practices using AI.

I had the opportunity to complete the Shiftbalance Facilitation Certificate, focused on Designing Engaging Sessions (online & face-to-face), Facilitation Tools, and Holding Inclusive Spaces. Although much of the content was familiar to me, the real value was in validating my current practices and learning from the incredible community of facilitators who joined the program. The course provided a clear structure to sustain and enrich what I already do intuitively, while introducing new tools that I’m excited to incorporate. One of my favorite takeaways was a digital tool that visually maps the energy flow and narrative of a session—a powerful way to ensure participants remain engaged and included throughout the process. This program is an amazing opportunity to gain confidence, sharpen your practice, and expand your toolkit. Beyond the curriculum, the diverse participant profiles made the learning journey even richer—an incredible space for networking, collaboration, and mutual growth. I’m looking forward to applying these learnings in my work to design even more inclusive, intentional, and impactful spaces.

It was great to help me put my facilitation experience into a theorical frame and build on my tools knowledge. I would highly recommend it whether you are already a facilitator or you want to become one of you had never received such a training before.
