Great course to learn techniques for navigating challenging stakeholder relationships. It strikes a good balance between practical strategies and insightful frameworks, making it easy to apply the concepts to real-world scenarios. Stakeholder management is crucial at every stage of a user researcher's career, and arguably even more so as you progress. Though perhaps most directly applicable to mid-senior URs, I still found it insightful for every level. The tools and tips provided in this course are immediately applicable, and I'm confident this will be a resource I return to time and time again.

The heart of this course is for any UX researcher who wants to build stronger, more positive partnerships with their stakeholders. It’s intensive and packed with scripts and frameworks that are easy to apply right away. I love the interactive role-playing exercises — so many ‘aha’ moments came out of those conversations. Even as a senior UX researcher, I realized there were things I had been overlooking when working with different types of stakeholders. A huge shoutout to Amanda and Anna—they were incredibly adaptive to our cohort’s needs, adding bonus materials based on our questions and interests. For me, one of the biggest perks is the continued support through Open Hour sessions, where you can stay in touch with them and discuss all aspects of your work once you're a cohort member. So it's not a one-time experience that you'd store in your Drive, but it's a long-term value!
