Learn directly from Relationship Workshops with Keely Kolmes

This was such a meaningful and tactical course that helped build up my roster of great relationship tools. I learned and was able to apply new ways of thinking about the communication dynamic between people (and where I run into trouble), and the environment was so safe and accepting. Keely provided a solid structure an d great take home work / information, would definitely take another course of theirs!

Keely is a wonderful teacher and sets such a great tone for the course. I loved being able to connect with others as we practiced new skills, and I know I'll be referring back to them for a long time. Deeply valuable, also enjoyable :)

If you receive her monthly email, Keely is a skilled and articulate teacher. The course was organized, well-run, and packed with helpful material. Each week you receive a syllabus with that week's material, plus something concrete to work on until the next session. In our cohort, we had a 50/50 mix of therapists and non-therapists. Keely facilitated a warm and respectful atmosphere where people were comfortable sharing.

I learned so many important skills for growing in my relationships and navigating conflicts.
