Most analytics leaders arrive in that position having been promoted from IC and manager roles, but many do so without having any training or formal guidance on the shift to a leadership mindset and consequently struggle to have the impact or influence that they and their stakeholders would want. I would recommend this course to anyone going through that struggle, or who has ambitions to make the step up. Pier provides a number of frameworks to help structure your thinking, as well as the forum to discuss personal experiences and challenges with others in similar roles.

Pier is an excellent coach, and the course content in itself is great which covers all aspects of leadership with the various flavours of AI. The best part of the course is that the cohort is mostly leaders from the data industry, so you get to share experiences from real lives in different roles/industries, which is enlightening. I would highly recommend it someone who is looking to know more about leadership in the age of AI, different resources and frameworks available for you to utilise which you are not fully aware of and to build a network with fellow leaders from the data world, and learn from their experiences.
