I would like us to place even greater emphasis on quality control, especially in the way we use AI in Learning & Development.
AI should not simply help us produce more content faster.
It should help us produce better learning solutions.
The focus should be on using AI to improve the quality, relevance, and impact of our work.
This means using AI to:
question existing assumptions
improve instructional design decisions
strengthen quality assurance
generate more thoughtful and evidence-informed ideas
create better learning environments for learners
support innovation instead of merely increasing output
help us become better professionals ourselves
Speed can be useful.
But speed should not be the main success criterion.
The real value lies in using AI to become more precise, more reflective, more creative, and more effective.
In Learning & Development, AI should help us move from faster production to better learning quality.
It should enable us to design learning experiences that are not only efficient, but also meaningful, engaging, and genuinely useful for learners.

This course was directly useful for my work in learning, from analysis to evaluation. One of the most useful parts was applying the FRAME process to a real work need, addressing team and business needs through a practical AI tool rather than a theoretical exercise.

The course was incredibly inspiring, thoughtfully designed, and full of practical insights that immediately sparked new ideas for my own work. What I especially appreciated was the balance between strategic thinking, hands-on experimentation, and the open exchange within the cohort.
It not only expanded my perspective on AI and learning design, but also challenged me to think more critically and creatively about the future of learning.
Highly recommended for anyone working in learning, education, enablement, or instructional design who wants to explore AI in a meaningful and future-focused way.
