Nesrine’s Product Delight course helped me rethink delight as something intentional, strategic, and measurable, not as a decorative layer added at the end. What I appreciated most was the practical structure: understanding functional and emotional motivators, translating them into product opportunities, and thinking about how to measure their impact. Nesrine brings deep knowledge and experience, great passion, and a wide range of examples that make the topic feel both inspiring and applicable. The cohort discussions were also very valuable, with different perspectives from people working in different product contexts. I highly recommend for product teams who want to build products that create emotional connection, trust, and preference.

Just finished the product Delight and it was truly an amazing experience. The course had the perfect length and did a great job diving deep into the framework in a very practical and engaging way. It genuinely changed how I think about the new product I’m building and gave me a much clearer perspective on creating meaningful product experiences. A special shoutout to Nesrine, she was incredibly kind and supportive throughout the course, but she also has a real magic in the way she delivers the framework. She made complex concepts feel easy to apply. Highly recommend this course to anyone building products and wanting to think more deeply about customer delight.

I found the course incredibly valuable, especially in today’s AI landscape where Product Managers are rethinking the role they play. As more processes become automated, it raises the question: where do we continue to add meaningful value? This course addresses this question directly, providing a clear framework for building features that truly differentiate a product and make it stand out in a crowded market. Nesrine’s teaching style is engaging and grounded in practical real world examples, while the exercises help bridge the gap between theory and application in a very tangible way. I’d highly recommend this course to anyone working in product or design who wants to better understand how to create more value for their teams and craft products that feel genuinely thoughtful and delightful to use.

As a product manager and user advocate, I’ve always felt that building products that just work is no longer enough. Product Delight is a practical and inspiring way to think about creating products that not only solve user problems, but are genuinely enjoyable to use. It offers a better way to think about what you are actually building. Not just new features and requirements, but an experience users will remember. And last but not least, it shows how delight is not just "bells and whistles." It is something you can connect to business impact and measure through product metrics.
