Highly recommend this course. I've read all the books on customer discovery but putting it into practice is harder than it seems. This is the most important thing we need to do as PMs and it's hard to do because it's both art and science and requires a lot of judgment and communication skills. And you have to shift your mindset from building to learning. There's a lot of bias to guard against. Moiz helps you put this into practice. We discussed approaches to working with stakeholders of all types and also test driove some AI tools and skills to help with each step of the process. Started using this on products currently in process and it's already helped me refine the target audience and strategy. So helpful.

This is a great course for leveraging AI in your customer discovery process. Moiz is a great instructor and he provided us with structured tools that can enable a PM to get stakeholder buy-in in a build versus pivot decision making process. He offered office hours that one can use to discuss and customize it for your specific use case.

Moiz’s AI-Powered Customer Discovery course reshaped how I think about using AI in product work. While AI is already powerful for obvious use cases like writing specs and prototyping user flows, Moiz taught me how to apply AI to the more nuanced, high-leverage parts of product management including customer discovery, insight synthesis, and decision-making. Moiz is a clear thought leader in this space. The content was engaging, practical, and highly personalized, pushing me to surface and interrogate my own product biases. I walked away with concrete workflows that I can reuse, plus a much stronger mental model for how AI can augment good product judgment.
