I registered hoping to learn ways for improving appearance and getting better at talking to people but what I learned went so much deeper. The course isn't just about what you can do to get yourself heard but rather about why doing it feels so difficult in the first place. Michael and Lauren did an excellent job in explaining how the human brain works and provided some great tools for handling situations in which those paralyzing feelings of insecurity and self doubts threaten to overshadow all your preparations and knowledge. Since then I have applied the learnings in real life and I highly recommend this course!

During group meetings and discussions, I have always hesitated to share my thoughts and ideas. Thanks to some simple and very effective tools, Michael's course has helped me to make myself heard in meetings and (with a bit of practice) even leading multilateral discussions. Great course that I recommend to everyone who wants to stop feeling bad for not speaking up in public and want to start feeling more confident right away. I really enjoyed the neuroscience section that explained why I was having those thoughts and feelings. This was an epiphany moment for me. Then they shared a lot of tools to apply, some being very easy to implement right away and some that would require more practice, but all seemed powerful to use in different situations.
