This course effectively illustrates the progress from mid-level to sr level designer, focusing on how to showcase oneself during interviews. It begins with self-awareness, identifying strengths and superpowers. Then, we learn frameworks for presenting ourselves, with a strong emphasis on storytelling, including templates to organize narratives. Additionally, I really enjoy the opportunities to connect with peers and industry experts. IMPORTANT: I feel self reflection (after digest all the content) and action is the key for personal growth and improvement.
