Everything happens through behaviors. So, knowing what drives people's behavior is fundamental, particularly when designing learning experiences. This course gave me a map and a set of tools to read the context, understand the behaviors needed to create the future I want, and design solutions to make those behaviors and that desired future possible.

Very engaging course where Massimo and his team applied the very behavioural design strategies he was teaching to the course design itself. The Make It method is also an easy way to remember the laws of behaviour, strategies and tactics to apply.
