I left with a much better mental model for thinking about AI-driven features - as iterative product systems that require experimentation, measurement, and continuous refinement. I came into this workshop with basic theoretical knowledge. In 3 hours, we went from writing a first system prompt to running experiments across multiple models, annotating real AI failures, building custom evals, and measuring prompt improvements. The evals section was my favorite. Defining your own accuracy metric - loved it! If you work in product or engineering and you're tired of prompting by intuition, this is the workshop to take.

This was a very hands-on workshop. I appreciate that we each worked on our own use case and Madalina and Catalina provided feedback to our challenges. We walked through the whole workflow of AI Evals, from prompt, test cases, testing with various models, annotation, metrics, Evals, and iterating on the prompt.
