I found that the structure could have been more cohesive. There was nothing 'next level' about it - everything covered was pretty basic. Most of the class did not join the live sessions leaving very little interaction time. Also, I did not feel the course did justice to the complete definition of executive presence (Refer to https://hbr.org/2024/01/the-new-rules-of-executive-presence). For example, it could have been structured into three unmistakable parts: A) Gravitas (How we act) followed by aspects such as Confidence, Decisiveness, and Vision, etc, then B) Communication (How we sound), which consists of Command of the room and ability to read the audience, and finally, C ) Appearance (How we look), which covers aspects such as Authenticity, Style of dress, etc. The topics covered in the course felt somewhat disconnected, making it challenging to follow the progression or understand how the elements tied together. A more precise roadmap or thematic flow would have significantly enhanced the learning experience. I did not feel that it was worth the money I paid.
