What a fantastic entry into the world of service design! Frank is engaging and inclusive and has extraordinary breadth and depth to his experience set which he brings wholeheartedly to this course! The Service Design Intensive establishes a strong foundation for the process, templates, and how to think about the humans you are designing for inside these systems! The others in the course had varied background and experience and it was a pleasure to collaborate with them as well! Frank is a generous human and teacher and his energy and passion are contagious! I highly recommend this course and look forward to applying this foundational knowledge to upcoming projects!

Cross-Cultural Design intensive

I found the Cross-Cultural Design Intensive really insightful, fun and fascinating, and I think it’s an important exercise for all designers. It challenged me to think more deeply about bias, to examine the problem space more fully, and to consider how we design products that are genuinely more inclusive.
