Elena and Rosalee pushed me out of my comfort zone (and made me crack!) —in the best possible way! The realistic simulations and role-playing exercises helped me identify specific situations and triggers that tend to throw me off balance and the mistakes I make in those situations. The small-group setting is incredibly supportive and safe, and we received thoughtful, personalized coaching throughout the course. I learned so much about myself and how I can respond better under pressure. Leaving this course far more confident and with a stronger ability to take control of uncomfortable conversations.

Challenging course and content, but that was the point. Sparked some realizations of how I can remain composed in tough situations.

This course addresses an apex problem that all executives face: navigating critical questions, or even hostile ambushes, in important meetings and high-stakes decision points at work. Elena offers practical advice on how to stop, shift, reframe, and keep control of the conversation. She also runs live "hostile simulations" that give participants hands-on experience applying her frameworks, along with peer feedback for managing these critical moments. Tough love in a supportive learning environment. Very useful!

As a VP of Product and founder, I've been working with AI across its evolution, from big data and machine learning through today's LLM and agentic systems. What I didn't have was a coherent operating model for the current era. This course gave me that. Four frameworks, each immediately deployable, covering how to spec and gate AI systems, run a team that actually ships AI, manage risk responsibly, and know when you're truly ready to launch. What separates it from every other AI course I've seen is that you work through the frameworks against real failure cases and your own initiatives. You leave with actual deliverables, not just slides. If you're a product leader or founder past the experimentation phase and actually building, this is the course I'd send you to first.

Elena and Polly kept the course very practical. It was interactive, with breakout sessions where you worked through the material instead of just listening. Both were engaging, supportive, and worked well together. The frameworks were useful in a real way: things like the AI-first operating model, the 360° risk approach, and SIGNAL. It pushed you to think about what good actually looks like, where projects break down, and how to move from prototype to something truly tangible. A big focus was on tracking the right things, clear ownership, and getting specific about what needs to happen to move work forward. I’ve already started using that in how I approach AI projects at work.
