Overall, it was an exceptional course. Drew is extremely knowledgeable and can pass on information in an easy-to-digest and simple way. The only reason I don't give it a 10/10 is because I still haven't identified the exact next steps to implement the course's material and make them happen for the ecom brand I'm managing. I hope I can bridge that gap in the last AMA session, where Drew promised to provide clarity. I feel confident this will happen. Finally, I wish there were 1-2 more practical exercises per class, so we could personalise our knowledge even more/faster. Amazing class overall.

A super-focused course and a real privilege to learn from someone with so much experience in lifecycle marketing. Drew balances the time with teacher-led learning and opportunities to try out the frameworks yourself, making it really valuable and giving you the chance to ask questions as you go. The best bit is you can take what you've learned and put it into practice right away. I'd recommend this to anyone working in CRM and the lifecycle marketing space.
