Loads of really good, practical tips to take away. Not your usual "run of the mill" training courses. Plenty of opportunity to interact with the Cohort and Chris still manages to keep to time without sacrificing content or learning for the participants.

It's April 2025, I'm unemployed and the market for Agilists (in their current form) is drying up. The news is not looking promising for 'traditional Agile Roles' and without changing your career, or at least the shape of your career, you risk remaining unemployed, being left behind or being surprised later by your role ending.
Cue Chris Stone; the Virtual Coach! Seasoned Delivery Agilist, Agile Coach and Public Speaker! Chris’s approach to providing training is nothing like the standard courses you attend where there is some vanilla certification that until now many organisations have insisted you attend to prove a capability for one reason or another. No, Chris offers a completely fresh perspective and with his unique blend of gamification, knowledge-share and discussion wrapped up neatly with his individualism and expertise. Oh and there is a certification at the end based on active participation.
Chris’s latest course; Continuous Improvement Practitioner offers a knowledge-rich opportunity for attendees to harness fresh techniques to channel iterative improvement. Iterative improvement sounds familiar, right? Well, the course does not repel from empiricism, instead it helps attendees evolve their agile roots with additional skill that is more palatable for today’s change-thirsty world.
If you are not considering courses outside traditional Agile pathways, then you should be. @Chris, outstanding my friend. I look forward to more of your insights! Thanks to you, I have something very interesting to look forward to in my next step.

I joined the Continuous Improvement Practitioner course with Chris Stone, and I can say he is one of the best trainers I’ve ever worked with.
Chris doesn’t just teach content — he gives everything (really all of him and his learnings) to support his students, sharing tools, strategies, a systemic view, and real, hands-on experience.
I learned how to look at data in a different way, how to run real experiments, and how to connect storytelling, retrospectives, peer coaching, and continuous improvement in one clear and sustainable approach.
His facilitation style is deep, engaging, truly transformational and so Fun. We have also sing together, do a lot of interesting and valuable reflections and finally laugh a lot.
I strongly recommend this course to anyone who wants to take Change and Improvements seriously.
I'm so grateful for this gift and the opportunity to be part of a brilliant community, because the experience doesn't stop with the course. Chris has invited us in some special internal events of the "Improvers Community". Thank a lot, Chris for all above, for all your professionality and all your competencies.

Chris’s Continuous Improvement Practitioner training is brilliant. The content, value and knowledge he offers are priceless.
He offers his training in a structured way but at the same time wonderfully balances it with great flexibility, adapting the sessions based on participants’ live feedback. They are highly interactive sessions that provided me and others ample opportunities to participate, contribute, discuss and play. Refreshingly, even after the training he offers free sessions every few weeks, for us to keep on upskilling or clarifying doubts.
The enormous effort that Chris has put into this training is astonishing. It displays his sincerity towards teaching others. This was a really good value-for-money investment.
