Carmelo Iaria will make your Agentic AI execution effective

I help teams move from AI pilots to governed, production-grade agentic systems — through live programs and hands-on advisory.

Three decades across Europe, the US, and Brazil taught me one lesson: AI value is won in execution — clear scope, reliable multi-agent workflows, and governance that survives production.

I teach that discipline on Maven (Become an Agentic Architect, live workshops, Lightning Lessons, resources) through my AI-Assisted Multi Agent Development (AAMAD) Framework. I also work as a Fractional Chief AI Officer with teams that need embedded judgment, not generic advice — plus O’Reilly live sessions and Pearson certification-aligned programs.

This course was a complete mind-shifter for me. Understanding the core mechanics of how to build and connect agents has been empowering. I’m leaving with a portfolio of new ideas and the exact tools I need to build them out myself!

The Agentic Architect class is a very structured, highly detailed, and inspirational experience. The instructor is a real practitioner, always ready to assist and provide invaluable advice. The group progressed nicely throughout the course, first enjoying the pre-course materials, which allowed participants to evaluate whether they wanted to move forward with the more robust build and hands-on exercises. The group experience and learning dynamic were amazing! I attended most of the lessons and participated in the majority of the discussions. I gained invaluable experience and extensive knowledge in this domain, developed a deeper understanding of agentic architecture challenges, explored ready-to-apply strategies, and earned practical skills. Thank you so much for this unforgettable experience!

Highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to experience and understand what it's like to code using agents to support you in building what you envision. Carmelo's AAMAD framework is a step-by-step approach to translating a PRD into a working full-stack Crew AI agentic application. There's a lot of material covered, but you can always return for a deeper dive when you have more time. The framework itself is very structured: you build step by step using agents that take on the personas of a software delivery team. I'd definitely suggest completing the pre-course work — it prepares you well for the methodology and you learn how to use the agents and prompts within the AAMAD framework. I'd also recommend fully fleshing out your capstone PRD and MVP upfront so you don't spend too much time reworking things as you go. I haven't coded in a very long time, and I'm actually finding it very enjoyable now to build using AI. This course gave me a much better understanding of the shift in mindset required — and where to place your time and effort to get the most out of coding agents. If you have the time, you can even take your app all the way to production. Highly recommend. Thank you so much, Carmelo, for a really great learning experience!

For anyone wondering how to build their AI products better, I would highly recommend this course. The concepts taught here make the difference between building a product that works and one that doesn't
