I'd give it an 11/10 if I could! As someone who's created many journey maps in the past, I wanted to calibrate my skills and gain inspiration for new methods. At least half the class was made up of hands-on activities that cemented our learning and was helpful in bubbling up more questions, meaning I came away with confidence, resources and classmates that I've continued to keep in touch with. Julie is a total pro and her humor and approachable nature made the class both fun and highly engaging. I wouldn't hesitate to take any class she teaches - you get your money's worth and more!

This course was a game changer for me. Julie has a lot of experience and knowledge in journey mapping. The course content is well curated, easy to follow, with hands-on excercises that will help you kick-start your own projects or enhance the one’s you’re working on. This course is worth the investment.

Julie is such a thoughtful, experienced instructor! I enjoyed the live sessions and opportunities to apply her teachings immediately and get to know others taking the course through breakout activities. She offers a great mix of instruction and real world stories while also allowing room for questions and discussions based on each person's specific needs. Would definitely recommend!
