Vishal is, without a doubt, one of the best facilitators I have had the privilege of learning from, in over a decade. He possesses an extraordinary talent for framing course content. He doesn't merely add to known frameworks; he ingeniously integrates novel dimensions that elevate them entirely. This mastery is brilliantly crystallized in his AI Playbook. Instead of merely presenting another set of tools, his Playbook fundamentally alters the way one applies these concepts, transforming the learning process itself. Together with Dr. Dani C and Mr. Michael K, he illuminated how exhilarating and profoundly effective both divergent and convergent explorations, framework stacking and reflective thinking can become when we dare experiment beyond the traditional confines of our knowledge. I have been using experiment cards to test my hypothesized interventions, with clearly defined timeline, metrics, exploring the validity of the assumptions and reviewing it over the last one-week post completion of the course I felt like our neurons were firing in new patterns, a genuine experience of neuroplasticity so rarely sparked by a new course or training and not the least, he creates the safest space for brilliant unafraid brainstorming sessions. The wildest tangential ideas and methodologies fired even amidst a group of strangers as he held space for us to show up and build upon each other’s ideas. And what better, in times when we wonder if AI would replace humans with their capabilities, Vishal enables one to reframe AI as your soundboard, an ally who you train with, to bulletproof the limits of your critical reasoning skills, thereby shifting the narrative from AI that might replace you to one that trains & teams up with you. The result? The outcome was no longer restrictive and uniform for any problem-solving intervention; instead, it became a collaborative approach with a new, unique perspective that reflected our distinct signature.

Mind-expanding! As a total novice to the world of AI, this course opened my eyes to the possibilities (and associated risks and mitigations) this technology can deliver for my professional practice and personal development. Being part of an international cohort added a fantastic dimension as well. Thank you Vishal for delivering such a great course.

This course has changed how I think of AI. It certainly made me re think how AI can be used as a thinking tool to expand my perspective, and deepen the ideas I generate. Highly recommend for folks working in design thinking and behaviour science space.
