This was a very insightful course. I appreciate the clear focus from the business analysis perspective. There are many agentic AI courses out there, but this one stands out as something special for business analyst professionals. It helps BAs think about our changing role as AI technology advances and how we assist our organizations during this shift.

I came in as a Senior BA at a great UK digital consultancy, curious but sceptical about what a four-day course could actually deliver. It delivered. Angela Wicks takes frameworks BAs already use, process decomposition, requirements elicitation, and success criteria, and reapplies them directly to agent design. The content is immediately transferable. By Day 2, I was experimenting with agentic AI. The coursework is hands-on throughout. The workbook exercises push you to think, not just listen. Breakout rooms, group conversations, and cohort discussions made the learning active and social. Angela consistently challenged us with questions, elicited our opinions, and connected our contributions to the bigger picture of where the profession is headed. It did not feel like a lecture. It felt like a conversation the whole cohort was part of. The Agent Canvas, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop sessions each sharpened my thinking about agentic systems. The course is honest about where the BA role is under pressure and clear about where the opportunity lies. That clarity matters beyond individual practice. BAs need to be in the room when agentic systems are being designed and governed, not as observers, but as the people defining goals, scope, guardrails, and success criteria. This course gives you the language and the frameworks to claim that seat and make the case for the profession. If you want to stop watching this space from the sidelines and start shaping how these systems are built and the BA role in them, this is the right course. Before I even finished, I had already signed up to go back to the beginning of the series. This is the last course in the series, and I am glad I started here.
