This is probably the most practical course I’ve taken as a product leader. If you’re leading a team and bringing products to market, especially AI products right now, this is a must-take. Amit really knows what he’s doing. He’s operated at a high level across Google, Meta, and Microsoft, and it shows. The lessons come from real situations he’s been in and how he navigated them, not theory... and it shows. If you’re at a company right now trying to figure out how to actually bring AI products to market, this course gives you really practical tools to do that. You can tell he’s been doing it, has taken the hits, and is ahead of where most people are on this. Learn from that. One thing that stood out is the focus on actual frameworks for influence. Not just general advice, but how to think about influence in an actionable way. There’s a lot in this course I would have never even thought to think about, and I mean that in the best and most insightful way possible. The course also pushes you to reflect on your own leadership style. There are a lot of self-reflection exercises that make you think intentionally about how you show up and the kind of leader you want to be. He lays out different leadership styles in a way that you can actually map to yourself. You walk away with a toolkit you can start using right away. I really liked the frameworks around influence, leadership archetypes, and influence mapping. It’s all immediately actionable. You can tell this is coming from someone who actually uses this to operate at a high level. It just makes sense when he explains it. The focus on storytelling and narrative was another big one. That part was super helpful. It changes how you create alignment, how you make decisions, and how you drive a product vision forward. Overall, this is a strong course for product people who lead product people, taught by someone who’s actually done it at a high level.
