This course was exceptionally insightful. By placing participants in the shoes of a hiring manager, it provided a unique and highly effective perspective on the interview process. I gained a precise understanding of the specific signals hiring managers look for, enabling me to better anticipate questions and tailor my responses to demonstrate the desired behaviors and competencies. This approach significantly enhanced my ability to prepare strategically for behavioral interviews.

It was very valuable course! Both Alex and Uzair were very knowledgeable, engaging and passionate. The course content was well presented. Complex topics were covered with sufficient details providing relevant examples. Sessions were interactive which kept all cohorts motivated - all questions were appropriately answered. The highlight was the Mock interview sessions which provided deep insights into improvement opportunities. One area of improvement could be to schedule more time for the mock interview sessions - we ended up staying back anyway but some folks had to drop off. Overall, it was valuable, learning experience. The course was absolutely amazing experience - Alex and Uzair have great understanding of interview process and are eager to share it with participants. They have enormous experience in leading and participating in the interviews for engineering manager (and higher) positions. They explained really well what is important for recruiters and hiring managers. I've learned what's the best way to approach behavioral interview round and how to structure the answers to the questions. The formula of doing mock interviews in the group setup turned out to be effective - I had a chance to have feedback from Alex and Uzair and learn from other participants' experience.

Fantastic course led by Alex and Uzair. I'm so grateful that I was able to be a part of it. I came into the course with an existing set of stories which benefited from another coat of paint as well as drilling into my systems and frameworks for driving value. Also really appreciated the seriousness of folks in the cohort -- including the instructors who counterbalance this by having a friendly vibe. Some great experience and different philosophies across everyone which made for an excellent learning environment. I have no doubt that all of this will pay dividends for conversations to come. Would highly recommend to others.
