As a non-engineer technical product manager who does not enjoy the relentless AI rollercoaster of the last 3 years, I've been reluctant to commit to learning a specific AI tool or method. I wanted to learn a workflow that could stay relevant for some time and Ryan's webinar convinced me this was a flexible yet robust approach to building prototypes and MVPs so I signed up and found it very helpful to learn this proven framework/workflow. The hosts are clearly very proactive in keeping up with the latest AI trends which makes them very knowledgeable BUT most importantly they don't simply chase the shiny new thing and have carefully curated a workflow that can adapt as tools evolve. You MUST do the Pre-Workshop Preparation a few days before and contact the hosts if there's tech issues. The morning is for tools setup and can be a grind because people hit different problems. Some did not do the preparation...but the hosts worked through it and got everyone ready. I have some notes to pass to the hosts for improving future workshops. The afternoon is where the real learning happens and things move at a fast pace. I will re-watch the recording of the afternoon. This workflow is at the cutting-edge of what is currently possible and includes very valuable skills to learn if you are not already deep in to AI-powered product building.

This course is perfect for any product manager just starting out with Claude Code. I was happy that Ryan and David guided us through the setup of all necessary components, taught us how to use Claude Code from within the command line interface, and showed us how to leverage various tools from within Claude Code to build a simple product in a day. As a product manager without a background in software engineering, I was glad that the course was easy to get into. Ryan and David provided useful guides and live support, which helped me get comfortable with using command line and various software development tools.

AI is forcing a reset in how product leaders operate. This course addresses it directly. In eight hours, it reframes what product management looks like in an AI-native environment — well beyond prompting models or running evals. We moved through the full SDLC: how documentation evolves, how ADRs and decision frameworks tighten, and how you go from PRD to production in a compressed, hands-on cycle. The course is rigorous and immediately applicable. You work across the stack — agent-driven documentation, Linear workflows, branching, CI/CD, deployment via Vercel and Git. The point isn’t to turn product leaders into engineers. It’s to eliminate abstraction. For CPOs and Product Leaders, the value is clarity. When you understand the mechanics, you lead differently.
