I'm Danielle Tye, founder of Activate Edge. I work with Founders, Directors, VPs, and C-Suite who are successful and ready to lead in a way that's actually theirs. With 15 years leading product and tech teams and ICF coaching credentials, I've learned that the biggest thing standing between most leaders and their next level isn't a skills gap.
